Natalia prays for Gus, as he is taken to the surgery. Olivia gets a devastating news from Jeffrey that her donor heart went to someone else. Olivia and Buzz share an emotional conversation, and Olivia says goodbye to Ava. Rick tells Harley and Natalia that he wasn’t able to stop Gus’ bleeding and he is just hanging on.
