Natalia, Alan, and Frank are desperate to find Rafe. Buzz finally admits to Frank that Harley took Rafe out of the country. Olivia is there for distraught Ava as they are waiting for the news on Jeffrey’s surgery. Natalia is furious when Frank tells her that Harley took Rafe on the run and is determined to go find them. Natalia asks Olivia for money and though Olivia at first says no, she eventually comes through for Natalia.

05.27.08 Rafe Makes a Terrible Mistake/Harley and Rafe Leave Town
Jeffrey tries to reason with Rafe but Rafe fires the gun by accident and shoots Jeffrey. As the news of Jeffrey’s shooting spreads, Harley feels responsible for Rafe getting access to Gus’ gun and becomes determined to help him. Distraught Natalia starts making plans for getting Rafe a lawyer, but Harley arranges for an escape for Rafe. With Buzz’s help, Harley and Rafe leave town.
05.26.08 Having This Gift Makes Me Want To Share It
Jeffrey’s impassioned speech to US attorney’s office about Gus falls on deaf ears. Mallet and Jeffrey argue over what to do next and Jeffrey decides to make a statement telling the truth about Gus as a way to save Gus’ reputation and explain that Gus did it to help the people in his life. Olivia finally manages to convince Natalia to take Gus’ house back from her. Harley discovers why Gus took the bribes. Rafe learns about Jeffrey’s plans to make a statement about Gus and shows up in the courtroom, pointing Gus’ gun at Jeffrey.
05.23.08 Rafe Searches for Connection/Jeffrey Learns the Truth
Rafe struggles to connect to Gus and takes Daisy’s advice to go see a psychic. Harley and the cops arrive on the scene when Rafe lashes out at the psychic. Dinah’s plan to find out what Jeffrey knows about Gus backfires and she ends up having to tell Jeffrey the truth about Gus.
05.21.08 We Are Never Going to be Really Happy Here
Alan tells Rafe about his dream about Gus and as Rafe follows the clues in Alan’s dream, he finds Gus’ old baseball jacket with five hundred and twelve twenty dollar bills. Olivia rushes to Ava’s side at the hospital because Ava had a miscarriage scare. As Ava laments about her troubles with Bill, Olivia offers that they leave town together with Emma. Rafe shows Olivia the ten thousand dollars and becomes more convinced that Gus is still here, looking out for him. Bill asks Ava to move in with him and she agrees.
05.20.08 Don’t Turn This Into a Movie of the Week
Alan takes a tumble down the stairs at Company just as the roof caves in and Alan magically escapes the injury. Frank and Natalia are picking up a baseball glove for Rafe when Natalia gets a strange call from Olivia. Later, Natalia finds Olivia on the bathroom floor of her hotel room with an empty bottle of pills and assumes that Olivia tried to kill herself. Allan tells Olivia and Natalia that he believes that Gus saved him on the stairs and Gus is still here. Natalia finds herself taking in Alan’s words, while Olivia gets really angry and emotional, shouting out that Gus is dead.
05.19.08 I Can’t Promise Any Miracles
Natalia discovers that Olivia is missing from her hotel room. Her and Jeffrey track Olivia down at the courthouse where she is watching Emma with other kids. Olivia asks Natalia for help and Natalia gets Olivia back home and takes care of her.
05.15.08 I Left My Magic Wand At Home
Mallet admits to Dinah that the leak in the police department was Gus himself. He asks Dinah for help in getting Jeffrey to back off from investigating this. Alan gives Rafe a golden watch that has been with the Spauldings for generations. Alan tries to recruit Rafe into helping him get Spaulding Enterprises back and doesn’t heed to Natalia’s objections. Natalia asks Olivia’s help in getting Alan to back off, and despite first saying no, Olivia comes through for Natalia.
05.14.08 You Have a Personality Disorder
Jeffrey takes Olivia for a doctor’s appointment but gets frustrated when she complains too much about having to visit the hospital. Harley investigates a bunch of Gus’ cases that remained unsolved and comes to the conclusion that there must be a leak in the police department who tipped off the criminals. Mallet becomes uncomfortable with Harley’s investigation and later shreds the case files. Harley asks Jeffrey to look into Gus’ situation. Rafe demands an explanation from Olivia for taking away Gus’ house from him and his Mom and later asks Jeffrey for legal advice. Natalia takes Olivia home and Olivia notes that Natalia always does the right thing. Natalia tries to comfort Rafe who is frustrated that they lost their home. Harley continues digging into Gus’ cases and Mallet comes to Dinah asking for help.
05.08.08 It’s Strange When People Want to Take Care of You
Natalia is reluctant to attend a fundraiser in Gus’ name but Frank and Buzz manage to convince her. Blake encourages Natalia to go out there and meet new people. Frank and Natalia talk about raising kids.
