Ava’s baby shower is in full swing but Ava is still feeling out of place as she tries to adjust to her new life. Lizzie causes the commotion by showing up at Towers. Rafe calls Natalia from Greece and Olivia picks up the phone. Bill makes sure that Lizzie leaves and makes a toast to his future with Ava. Olivia is there when Natalia talks to Rafe and cries after the phone call with her son.

Ava is surprised and sad that Bill doesn’t want to write his own vows but wants to pull them from the internet sites. Jeffrey expresses his concern over Ava to Olivia. Bill asks Jeffrey for Ava’s hand in marriage and Jeffrey points out Bill’s relationship with Lizzie. Later, Jeffrey catches Bill and Lizzie in a passionate kiss. Jeffrey once again talks to Olivia but Olivia insists that Bill loves Ava, even if in a different way, and Jeffrey should be supportive.

Olivia and Dinah excited to plan the wedding to a point that Ava feels out of place. Olivia warns Remy not to interfere with Ava’s plans. Olivia and Ava have a heart to heart where Olivia tells Ava that sometimes your dreams are not exactly what makes you happy. Jeffrey tries to master enthusiasm when Ava tells him she is marrying Bill. Olivia and Dinah reach an understanding.

06.18.08 If I’m Ever Lucky Enough to Fall in Love Again
Dinah and Olivia clash over the wedding arrangements. Olivia tells Jeffrey about Ava’s engagement to Bill and asks him to be supportive. Olivia tells Dinah that if she ever falls in love again, she will do the opposite of everything she has done in the past. Natalia comes home without Rafe and shares her frustrations over Harley with Buzz and Frank. Later she drops by the mansion to see Olivia and thanks her for lending her the money to go see Rafe.

06.13.08 You Deserve Good Things In Life
Olivia is elated for her daughter, and Ava shares with Olivia how surprised she is that Bill proposed. Remy is visibly unhappy with Ava’s choice and Lizzie has a hard time hiding her despair. Ava senses that while Bill proposed he might not have truly meant it. To calm Ava’s fears, Bill officially proposes to her at the hospital while observed by a desperate Lizzie.
