06.30.09 Natalia Takes a Pregnancy Test
Olivia and Frank talk in the park. When Natalia is not feeling well again, Blake wonders if there is a possibility that Natalia might be pregnant. Olivia steals Natalia away from Blake so that they can go bake the 4th of July rice crispies with Emma. While shopping for supplies, Natalia grabs a home pregnancy test. Olivia tells Phillip that her and Natalia will be moving forward as a couple and Phillip is supportive. Natalia takes a pregnancy test and is anxiously waiting for the results.
06.12.09 The Sex Talk/Rafe Figures Out the Truth
Olivia and Natalia don’t realize that Rafe saw them and plan to have a big family dinner to celebrate Rafe’s new job. Rafe is confused and suspicious and he stops by at Olivia’s to talk to her. He only finds Emma and sees the New Year’s Eve family picture. Matt unsuccessfully tries to pick up Olivia. Back at the farmhouse, Rafe watches Olivia and Natalia be really close and finally confronts them.

06.02.09 You Are So Worth Waiting For
Natalia comes to Olivia’s office to find out about a job Olivia arranged for Rafe and Olivia explains that Rafe wasn’t interested. She then tells Natalia the truth about Rafe not being able to be a cop and suggests that Natalia stops coddling him. The two argue as Natalia wishes that Olivia was more understanding. Natalia runs into Father Ray at the mini mart and the two talk about Rafe. Olivia gives Daisy advice about Spaulding men and later talks to Phillip who laments about having hard time with his kids. Olivia goes to the farmhouse and promises Natalia to be patient and wait for her.
04.06.09 The Wedding Dress
Olivia takes Natalia shopping for a wedding dress. When they arrive at the boutique, Olivia already has several dresses set aside that she thinks Natalia would like. Later, Olivia takes Emma to visit Phillip, and Emma tells her that she doesn’t think Natalia is happy; she saw Natalia crying.
03.30.09 Rafe Learns of Engagement, Olivia Talks to a Nun
Olivia suffers from a case of an extreme hangover, when Frank shows up and takes Natalia to tell Rafe about the engagement. Olivia is in shock when Phillip stops by to thank her for letting Emma testify on his behalf. Olivia meets sister Anne and asks her how she can learn to not want what she can’t have. When Frank and Natalia come back, Olivia tells them that she wants to throw them an engagement party.

03.27.09 Frank and Natalia Announce Engagement, Olivia Goes Out Drinking
Olivia watches Frank slip a ring on Natalia finger and then toasts to a happy couple. Natalia spends a day catching up with her future in-laws, while Olivia hits the bottle and ends up drinking with Shayne and Edmund. Unbeknownst to both of them, Emma testifies at Phillip’s trial.

03.26.09 The Near-Kiss, Natalia Accepts Frank’s Proposal
While checking out real estate, Olivia’s beeper goes off indicating that there is something wrong with her pacemaker and Natalia takes Olivia to the hospital. At the hospital, Natalia confesses to a sedated Olivia that she makes her happy and gently touches her face, leaning in for a kiss. Olivia wakes up unexpectedly and a flustered Natalia rushes off. Emma and Jane run into Phillip at Company. Olivia confesses to Doris that she woke up on purpose because she is afraid of what it would mean for her and Natalia to kiss. Natalia is confused and torn when Olivia tells her that she should marry Frank. She calls Frank over and after a hesitation tells him that she thinks they should get married. Olivia fights back the tears as she congratulates Natalia and Frank on their engagement.

03.16.09 There She Was Wearing a Hat/Blackmailing Doris Wolfe
Noticing Doris flirt with a female bartender, Olivia comes up with a plan to get Doris to move up Phillip’s trial date. She tells Natalia about running into Doris in a gay bar, which makes Natalia wonder what Olivia was doing there. Olivia and Natalia tell Doris to move up Phillip’s trial date or they will let her secret slip.

03.10.09 Frank Proposes To Natalia
Olivia catches Emma trying to sneak out of the house late at night and go see Phillip. Natalia drops off cookies for Frank at the police station and then has to put up with Remy making fun of her for sleeping with Frank. Olivia and Natalia talk about Emma and Natalia promises that they will figure it out together. The women’s alone time is interrupted by the arrival of Frank who drops on one knee and proposes to Natalia.
