07.24.09 I Would Have Done the Same

Ava is back for Jeffery’s memorial service. Doris officiates the service and everyone speaks a memory of Jeffrey as they place a memento in the box. Doris talks about how Jeffrey was in and out of the courtroom and places a gavel into the box. Rafe speaks about Jeffrey writing letters of reccomendation to facilitate his parole and places the letters in the box. Olivia places a photo of Ava and asks that Reva give one of Colin so that both of Jeffrey’s children are represented. Ava speaks about her father. Reva angrily confronts the photo of Jeffrey about leaving her and not letting her say goodbye. Phillip and Olivia talk about saying goodbye to the person you love.

07.28.08 Ava Leaves Springfield

Jeffrey visits Ava and finds her spirits very low. Reva finds Ava crying uncontrollably and realizes that Ava is going through a post-partum depression. As Ava continues to spiral deeper into depression, Jeffrey decides to send her to a clinic in Chicago. Bill and Remy deal with Ava’s departure.

07.03.08 Ava and Bill Get Married

Bill refuses to believe Lizzie but she convinces him it’s the truth. Ava confesses that she has feelings for Remy but she is determined to go through with her wedding. Bill confronts Ava about her lies but then determines that the wedding will still happen, because he wants the baby more than he is mad at Ava. Bill makes it clear it will be a marriage of convenience. Ava and Bill say their vows.

07.02.08 Nothing Is Going To Spoil This Day

As Ava’s and Bill’s wedding day begins, everyone is faced with choices. Lizzie struggles as to whether to tell Bill that the baby isn’t his and Remy tries to tell Ava how he feels. Olivia is worried because Jeffrey is missing as the ceremony draws near. Remy finally tells Ava that he loves her. Lizzie tells a disbelieving Bill the truth.

06.09.08 I Am Not Their Keeper, I Don’t Even Like Them

Jeffrey is restless and tries to help Rafe even while stuck at the hospital. Doris sneakily relieves Jeffrey from DA duties. Jeffrey and Rafe agree to do everything they can to help Rafe. Olivia visits a doctor and runs into Doris, who questions Olivia helping Natalia. Mallet and Olivia check out Gus’ house and find Rafe’s baseball cap.

Olivia demands that Reva intervenes because the actors in Reva’s movie are having loud sex in their hotel room while calling each other by their screen names, Reva and Josh. Olivia asks Reva not to hurt Jeffrey now Reva and Jeffrey are getting married.

05.05.08 I Need Something Real, Something of My Own

Olivia attempts to move into Gus’ house but realizes she is too weak to be on her own. Reva stops by to check on Olivia and is surprised that she is letting Jeffrey go. Olivia interviews nurses but rejects everyone, including Lilian.

05.02.08 Keep Some of Gus

Jeffrey takes Olivia to see a doctor and she is told to be very careful with her health and not push her limits. Harley asks Natalia to take the things Gus left behind when he moved out. Natalia brings some of Gus’ things to Olivia but Olivia refuses to take them. Olivia decides that it’s time for her to move out from Jeffrey and Reva’s.

04.30.08 I Want Your Wedding Rings

Reva is back home and sets the records straight regarding the conditions on which Olivia can continue staying at her house. Ava tells Olivia that she is pregnant. Rafe reaches out to Daisy but he is struggling and the two say goodbye to their relationship. Natalia thanks Olivia for offering to pay Rafe’s bail, and they talk about Gus. Olivia asks Natalia for her wedding rings to feel closer to Gus in exchange for some money that Natalia badly needs. Natalia is broken-hearted but gives away her rings. Later, Olivia returns the rings and leaves them at Company for Natalia.

04.08.08 I Just Didn’t Want Him To Suffer

Jeffrey tries to get his marriage to Olivia annulled but is interrupted by the news from the hospital – Olivia refuses the drugs that keep her heart alive. Remy attempts to get through to despondent Rafe who lashes out at everyone. Olivia surprises Natalia by being kind to Rafe and lying to him about Gus’ last words to make him feel better.
